This brace feels great when I’m running. Provides good support and let’s me focus on my run rather than my knee. I weigh 186 and got a medium and it seems to fit fine. A little snug but I think it needs to be. I can put it on and just leave it around my skin/calf, put my shoes on and pull it up to my knee when I’m ready to walk out the door. Seems very durable and well made, thicker than I thought (in a good way). Substantial. Has a band That’s a little tacky/rubbery around the inside of the top that helps it keep from slipping down, which I’ve had no issues with. I like it!

I ordered this Knee Compression Sleeve because of pain in the knees while running or other exercise-related activities. The product arrived sealed in a packet. The knee compression sleeves appeared tight. I put the sleeves on for the first time and they felt a bit uncomfortable. The top side of the sleeves behind the lower thigh felt hard and weird. I still decided to give them a chance. The sleeves seem to have conformed to my body after about a half-mile jog. The sleeves became really comfortable after that. They offer superb knee support. I did not experience any knee pain jogging, doing squats, squat jumps, and other exercises. Meanwhile, the sleeves stay in place after a hard workout and done slip or move. I highly recommend them

Over all, it does the job and I do like the product.A few Pros:1) it reduced my moderate knee pain while jogging and as an added plus it keeps your knees warm if you jog in colder, windy weather.2) I like the fact that it has clear labels telling you where the front is and how to line it up with your knee. I was between sizes for the medium and large, and chose to size down to a medium for a more snug fit.3) It does not slip with sweat nor with rain which I found super helpful4) It isn't so tight that it cuts off my circulation nor leaves long lasting marks. Of course there are some shallow imprints right after you take them off since it compresses the knee, but my jeans leave longer lasting imprints.There are however a few cons:1) The material is pretty thick so as you walk or run some of the fabric will bunch at the back of the knee, this can be uncomfortable especially over longer periods of use. So I wouldn't recommend this if you need a knee brace for work outs where you will have to bend your knees repeatedly.2) I tried wearing it on top of pants like those in the picture but it persistently shifted and rolled. So it has to be worn directly on your skin for it to have a grip and not move. This does unfortunately mean that you have to remove your pants to adjust the position if it ever does shift.3) If worn under pants that conform to your shape, you will have weird looking knees.

Stability and support a 4 star compared to heavier bulky knee sleeves but these I specifically picked for running and they are 5 star for that after putting them on they stayed in place big plus! They gave enough stability and support to run 16 miles and not have sore knees. My knees are always sore after a long run. Very comfortable. Great product so far want to go on a few more runs and add in some speed workout I will follow up

Ordered the small 6'1", 165lbs, for support of aching knees during fitness exercise and mild/moderate strength training. I measured before ordering and this was the recommended size. While the fit is snug and comfortable, and they stay put during exercise, it's not a compression fit and they don't provide the level of support I expected. I plan to relegate them to everyday and walking use, and get different product. Will see how durable they are over time.

I have nothing but great things to say about this product and the customer service!!!!The product works great and the customer service was simply awesome!Due to the pandemic I was let-go from my job and decided to work on myself with the extra time that I had to myself. I started doing the Insanity Fitness Program and quickly found myself with swollen and aching knees caused by high intensity jumping around from the workouts. Even though, I was in pain I did not want to quit, because it would mean that I would have nothing to look forward in the mornings. I did not want to quit, but had to make changes if I wanted to continue the workout which meant skipping the jumping parts or doing an alternate workout. Then a friend suggested using knee compression. So I hopped online and found these, they had the best reviews and looked cool. I used the measurement guide to make the purchase, however I did not take into account that my knee and calfs are a lot smaller then my thighs. Sadly when the product arrived, it fit too loose around the areas I needed the most support in (knees and patella). I wrote the provider that Saturday night and had a response Sunday morning. Oliver from customer service was prompt at assisting me. He sent the smaller knee brace as soon as I provided my measurements. The product arrived shortly after.I am very happy to say that since I have using the knee compression, I have been able to do all the workouts without having to skip the high intensity jumping exercises. I'm 16 days away from completing the program and have not had knee issues since I started wearing the compression.
