This works well. Awaiting surgery and this one fits the best even under clothes. Holds everything in place if you know what I mean.

It doesn't stay up. The velcro doesn't attach to the front of the item. It stayed up for 1 to 2 weeks, then the velcro would no longer tighten, so it's of not much help to me.
