Ordered Hydrofy electrolytes earlier this week and have been using them for the past several days. Overall they are a good product. They taste good and help me replenish/hydrate after exercising. Would buy again.

Very good, but too sweet, it says it’s for a 16 oz container, but when it poured it in and tried to drink it, it was way too sweet, the packaging is good for half of that 😊

I initially gave this product a try after being on my GLP-1 weight loss journey because I was struggling to stay hydrated and keep my electrolytes balanced. When you’re on a GLP-1 journey intake of sugary drinks is hard and was increasing my side effects. I locked in on this product because it’s zero sugar and has the hydrogen molecules. Hydrogen molecules have anti inflammatory benefits & antioxidants that target at the cell level. My favorite flavor so far is the red one. Life has been cruel to me in that I am legitimately allergic to caffeine. All of these are caffeine free except one flavor and that one is specifically labeled. So it’s easy for me to avoid.

This has become a staple in my routine. I have a hard time with the saltiness and thickness of other hydration packs. But the added minerals make the water feel more balanced and refreshing, and the hydrogen gives it a clean, light taste that’s hard to explain until you try it. It taste great and helps me recover from workouts faster. Highly recommend!

Great tasting electrolytes, dissolves easily, and leaves me feeling hydrated during my workouts. Minus the unnecessary excess salt that most electrolytes I’ve used in the past have. It’s my new daily driver!
