After using this for a year I am writing this review. No effect at all. I have purchased 7-8 bottles and my hair is so thin now. It didn't work at all. Recently bought TDS meter to check and water quality is 500 and after mixing this (1 cap full in 1 mug water) TDS shows 484. It's negligible coz the company says 2-3 caps water softener in 20L water. I put 1 cap in 1Mug. So if you put this in bucket there is no change. Waste of money

It's wonderful product for someone like me who live in a hard watter zone.it reduces hairfall and in convenient to use and price is value for money
