This product is worth the money , the customer care service is also very efficient you don't have to wait for hours just to talk to the customer support. Overall this product is worth buying at this price I find this as the best value for money product.

The product is not working and arrived in this condition. The outer Amazon box looks good, so the packaging appears okay, but the product inside is faulty.

Camera quality is not good. Price as compared to market is cheap but also product image quality is also cheap. Left right movements are good. IR detection in night is good. Day nd Night image quality is below average you cant zoom in , if you do image breaks. Software is also not good and for complete working you need to buy cloud storage as tariff in dollars. AI detection will not work without paid package. So overall do not recommend to buy if high security is concern. If you want to put in room as casual security for maids you can use it.
