This is the most value for product. The best thing is you get what is promised. Not like other brands where most parts are generic, The quality of each part is good. Some imprtant features: 1: We get zoom masera suspension which is not provided by any other brand at this price. 2: we get shimano tourney gears which are super smooth in shifting. 3: brakes are by JAK which are effective 4: wide handle bar with palm rest grips which are useful and aesthetically smart 5: weight of bike is not much heavy though made of steel but its only 18kg 6: Hartex tyre have good grip with colourful emboss and front tyre with quick release 7: paint quality is good with glitters and no sticker work anywhere which is good for long going. 8: best thing cables are all inside the frame which is good and not messy. 9: seat is not that hard. 9: Service support: You get two customer care no. who are there to help you at any time. Cons: Till now i have covered about 70km on this bike and havent got any such big issue but only minor issue like Disc pad sometime squeaks and it may be due to dust accumulation or replacing pads in future may help. Front derailer was not working properly but it needs only adjustments and after proper adjustment with the help now its working super smooth. Overall: this is best value for product you can go for this.

Got this bike on discounted price in sale..was lucky😁.. received the product in a very good packaging..everything perfectly protected inside the box..even tho the amazon guys delivered the package in vertical position, not a single scratch on bike, no dents nothing..(Amazon team pls read the instructions next time, box pe horizontal mark bana hua hai, vertical dekhke mere dil ki dhadkane badh gai thi😬). Inside the box, company had missed to send the free mudguard, I made a complaint on Amazon, they took 6 days to give a resolution, which was - kindly place a return request. I finally called fittrip company directly from the number available on their website, they just verified once whether I was the real buyer and immediately sent me the mudguards thru courier.. Amazing response by fittrip team..kudos🫡 Coming to the bike..its amazing, build quality is awesome.. previously I owned an slightly expensive bike worth 40k.. trust me guys the make n build is even better..the suspension, gears, disc brakes is everything smooth, lovely quality... never expected this brand would give such a amazing cycle, ekdum kadak maal banaya company.. I will give 3 star only because the gear is not so good though it is a Sheemano, it is not good after two months the front gear is problematic, I was not able to press it to shift to 3rd gear, that's the problem, otherwise the cycle is fantastic as comfort, build qualit is fantastic though I received two dents on it and the suspension is also good like bikes and disc brake is finlely working, it is a most comfortable bike I have ever seen, you can purchase it 👍, if you want comforts and stylish bike.

At this price point, build quality, gear shifting, suspension is a great option at this price point. I use to ride daily 30 to 35 km easily. You all can go for this product.

Cycle is extremely good in look and performance,which is having a zoom masera suspension at such a low price and seat is extremely comfortable.

Cycle was really good and smooth, Already clocked 200kms within a week. Drawbacks 1. The front gear derailleur is not working properly.it worked after few adjustments 2. The seat is not comfortable for long ride ... especially if you are riding more than 10kms. Otherwise cycle is really good at this price point of 13k UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR 1. completed 5000+ kms as of now ( 60% road + 40% off-road) 2. Nothing broken nothing damaged...still in excellent condition 3.

Front, back - both tyre wobbles, Gears issues, fake gears (some Chinese branding in it). Fake parts. Scam cycle company. Tyres are also of some cheap quality.
