Great customer service when I needed assistance registering the warranty. Fast delivery after a friend suggested I try this instead of using toxic chemicals in my house with 2 large dogs. This is now the third time I have been bitten by black widow spiders in the past 3 years and we have never been able to find any webs in the house. I have seen them outside and we were able to get rid of them from time to time. This last incident was the only time I actually saw the spider, but the bite with the obvious fang marks as well as the symptoms were the same each time, and not fun, to say the least. So now I know at least one of them came from inside the house. Time will tell if these get rid of the spiders. I have never really had any problems before with any other insects. These were easy to set up; just plug in to the outlets in several different rooms. Certainly worth a try.

We had a terrible Asian beetle problem all over this house. We’ve lived with these things for a few years as our pest control guy said there’s not much we could do about it. But it got so bad this year that we had to take action. Because Missouri law prohibits the pesticide we could have used to kill these things, we decided to give this ultrasonic pest repellent a try. Literally, we went from being dive-bombed by these nasty bugs to there not being a live one in sight about three days later. It’s been two months now that we’ve had these plugged in and still no Asian beetles . . . or any other bugs!! Very, very happy!! Also, the set comes with six units so we are able to plug them in in various places.

I've used similar products and honestly don't know exactly what to look for. When I purchased these I had began seeing tiny ants in a couple room throughout my business. I began using them the day that I received them and after a 10 day period I took the time to reassess. Searching high and low I wasn't able to see any evidence that I had an ant problem previously. It seems the effectiveness of this product is no joke. Who knows? Maybe the ants picked up and decided to move along to a different location, either way the timing coincided with the arrival of this product. It would be remiss of me to give the credit anywhere other than this product. Aside from the ants, the one off fly or bee situations have been fewer and fewer. I definitely recommend giving this product a try - especially with such a great price. Each unit seems well assembled and they do not emit any noise whatsoever.

These are pretty good from what I've seen so far, I installed one too detour the rats from my bird feeder and seems to be working good. The nasty critters are staying away.

Works GREAT! My apartment is right behind a fountain, resulting in more pests. I had a mouse living in my bathroom wall and I was waking up to dead bugs in my place almost every day and now I RARELY even see one and the mouse is gone. Even recommended them to my friend. 10/10

This is a product that is undoubtedly effective and efficient. I bought it because the cockroaches were already spreading and this product seemed like a good option to get rid of them. I was surprised by its effectiveness. 100 percent satisfied.

I love how effective these things are. Then there long lasting. I honestly am ordering these a second time but only cause I felt I had the other too long. Bonus delivery is fast.

Not sure if they work, first off. My mouse problem is gone, yes, but I'm not sure these guys were responsible for fixing it.I do not hear any noise from them, which is nice, as I have, at times, weird superhero-level hearing and I complain about noises coming from electrical things that nobody else can apparently hear.I will say though, the box containing these was shipped in a poly mailer (ooof!) and wasn't even closed when it arrived. Additionally, the units didn't seem to be...fully assembled? Like I had to push them together so the housing clicked shut. And they had weird residue on them (+somebody's fingerprints!!) which makes me vaguely worried about quality control, manufacturing location, materials used, exposure to ????I don't know. But I mean, the mice are gone, and that's fabulous anyway. If they could get the squirrels out of my porch roof, now, that would be a miracle.
