This fountain works well and has gotten our big male cat to drink more frequently. We got the version with clips and the metal attachment for one of the clips has already rusted out and broken off on the original unit but the seller support has been excellent. They quickly shipped out a new fountain. Otherwise, it's easy to clean, easy to refill. and the cats like it. Even our big male cat is drinking more and he was the main reason for getting this fountain.

The pet fountain is a great product. The water flow is quiet and consistent, and there is absolutely zero motor noise from the pump. The design is nice, too! I did have a problem with the filter latch (under the lid) being difficult to open, but their customer service was top notch and they resolved the issue quickly.

Clips hold lid tightly closed. Filter gets clogged up fairly quickly but easy to clean. Simple to build and use. Pretty quiet.

Our cat absolutely loves this fountain, and we love it for that! Works well and does what it’s supposed to do. I would like to add that above all this, their customer support is just amazing. We had an issue with the pump after a year of use, we contacted customer support for a fix. Not only Sue responded promptly, but she sent us a replacement instantly and made it up for us. Sue was very professional, prompt, and a real pleasure to talk to.

I like that the top clips on. I had one before this that did not have those clips, after about a month of use my cat would figured out how to pull the top off and then spill the entire fountain causing a huge mess every single day to the point where I stopped using it until I found this one. The clips have solved that problem. The issue is how quickly it runs low on water, and that it doesn’t hold much water. It stops working when it’s halfway empty, blinking red to refill, which is odd. If you have more than one cat or dog, this water fountain is not ideal. I have to refill this every day, and it’s not enjoyable to refill. Unlike my last fountain, where you could just pour water on top to fill it, this one you have to take the cover off. The clips are hard to take off. Also, the top holds the water so when you lift the top piece off the water stays there and doesn’t drain, making it difficult to refill without making a mess. If it was easier to refill, I wouldn’t mind as much having to fill it every day. The last water fountain I had didn’t have to be refilled for 3-4 days. It is definitely a different experience.

My cat lost her fountain privileges s few years ago because she enjoyed body slamming the fountain so it would flood everything. But when she started to neglect her water dish I decided to try again with something secure. The latches work great; she definitely tried to mess with it at first and quickly gave up. She's been drinking more water and my floors remain unflooded. It's quiet and the light is helpful to see the water level. If you don't immediately notice the water is low you can start to hear it get a little noisier and also it starts to flash red. Both useful things for me. It's easy to clean and refill. I've had it about two months with no issues. Would recommend.

I love this fountain! Easy to take apart and clean, stainless steel is the best to prevent problems. The cat is reserving judgement but hasn’t asked for the faucet to be turned on since we got this fountain. Quiet and just the right size for the cat’s feeding station.

Life saver!!!! I had a more popular water fountain for my 2 cats, but they continuously knocked the lid off and spilled water all over my living room. I decided to try this one, because it was the only one I saw with latches for a reasonable price. IT WORKS!! The lid still rotates around the bin, so you’ll need to straighten it up for appearance. It stays on very tight, though, and passed the cat test (they tried many times before giving up). They still play in the top part with their paws, but it’s designed to be very shallow which helps messes stay minimal!! It is also SO much quieter than the last one (plastic) that I had. Even when the water gets pretty low, you can’t hear it splashing AT ALL! I love this fountain so much, I wish I had bitten this one way sooner. The cats are drinking out of it much more regularly, too, so I know they love it!
