I bought the 7 handle belt for my husband, who is a fall risk. It is very well made. It worked so much better than the old woven gait belt with no handles. I think he feels safer with it on, because he walks much more confidently than he did with the other one. I personally feel more in control of his safety, as he is considerably larger than me. In addition, I may even buy one for myself, so he can pull up using the handles attached to my belt. And finally, the handles are soft and cushioned, so if he needs to lean back against them for awhile, they aren’t hurting his back. I would highly recommend this belt.

We use these and the design is great. Really helps for lifting my Hubby up off the bed to the wheelchair and then back to bed. We roll him to the side then unclip and release the gait belt, tuck it down a bit to get it off him, and not hurt his back. The clip releases easily and isn't hard to push. Well constructed and super useful gait belts.

Plenty of comfortable handles provide enough grab abilities where you'd need them. Could be a bit easier to adjust size, but once adjusted to fit very snug and you learn how to open the fastener without pinching your fingers...plus it is extremely difficult to open...you should be good to go and the belt is a great assist when moving those needing help.

This belt is a wonderful device for my husband's safety. It makes him feel safe. I'm smaller than he is but this belt makes it seem like I am a crew of 2! I can grab any one of the ample handles to make him feel safe. He no longer feels like he is going to fall. He knows I have him. Great product.

I like the various positions of the handles. Seems to be well made out of sturdy material. Needs padding or softer lining for sensitive skin.

This is the best thing I have bought to help get my husband around. The handles are so easy to grab and guide. And it is so comfortable that he keeps it on all day, even when not walking around.

I thought I was buying a belt to help be transit from my wheelchair to another chair or bed Unfortunately it really scared me and my handlers. I only weight 154 pounds & I have good arm strength to assist. So there was no excessive force being used . As my aid helps me transit the back vertical strap let go. And luckily fell back into the chair . The handle was improperly sewn in place and too close to the edge and it unraveled Very disappointed sits only been used about 10 times.
