I previously owned a Vevor heat press with multiple attachments, but it was quite bulky and difficult to swap out attachments . I wanted a more compact heat press this time. I found this one at a great price and decided to give it a try. It’s much smaller than the 8-in-1 model I had before, which makes it easier to move around and store in a small space. Plus, the color is a nice bonus! However, I did find the assembly instructions a bit confusing, and I ended up with two wing nuts and two small screws that I couldn’t figure out where to place. I plan to reach out to Vevor for clarification. Most of the products I’ve bought from them came pre-assembled or mostly assembled, so this was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, I’m happy with the purchase so far.

I only gave 3 stars because I'm sure it would've been great if I hadn't have to send it back. I can only speak for the box I received so with that being said, there were 2 missing pieces and without those 2 pieces it was impossible to put together let alone use. The direction booklet was missing diagram #3. Probably could have figured it out though. I requested a refund.

This press comes unassembled. The instructions were poorly translated and hard to follow. The parts were not labeled in any way but referred to in the instructions. Example, 3 types of screws but no way to tell which screws to use. Figure diagrams were tiny, appeared to be for a different model and some steps were missing from our copy of instructions, no figure 3. I tried the company website hoping for assembly instructions or videos but there is no help, the only way to get help is via email or possibly to call. We finally got the press together. It is not level and the press comes together unevenly when in use. The heat setting, once set, doesn’t seem to work. The temp fluctuates 10 degrees or more hotter or cooler when in use. It got the job done for our purposes, ironing patches onto sweatshirts, but I would advise spending a bit more for a quality machine with coherent instructions. Best part, in the instructions, it says to set timer and wait for the “BEEF” sound! Haha!
