I cooked for the first in my big beautiful Cast Iron Duth Oven. I read some of the reviews and I'm hoping I don't experience any of the horrible reviews I've read. My first experience was a positive one. I do however want to know was steam suppose to escape from under the lid. I know with that much steam exscaping, that may affect the timing of the cooking functionality. My dinner did cook perfectly. This pot functioned as I expected. The quality seem well made and cooking speed was good.
