Tastes Ok, mixes well, does the job. I use it intra workout. The high doses are perfect.

I have really enjoyed this product, I have it everyday. When making my meal replacement shake in the morning and dinner - i have this mixed with DY Creatine (×2 daily). It really helps me with the fatigue isuffer with, genuinely gives me a pep. Purchased twice. Also helps me in the gym.

I use this daily for an intra workout drink. Great mixability, taste and overall quality. I enjoy the flavour and when compared to other brands the additional supplements per gram make this decent value for money, even more so when picked up on sale as I did

I hit the gym early in the morning and generally I'm never able to eat anything before, just a coffee and off I go. So I ensure I'm properly fuelled the night before and then drinking an amino acid type drink during my workout to ensure I'm not catabolic. This drink has the BCAA's needed to ensure I'm not breaking muscle and added glutamine which is great for the immune system, gut health etc. I love the taste and knowing that I'm helping to keep my body in a muscle building state at all times. Happy to recommend (and Dorian is a legend!)

Tastes good but you have to find the right taste as some taste a bit extreme but overall grade is acceptable.
