I buy these for my son all the time and he's 21 now and he still loves them they don't taste that bad on a hot day just grab one and take off you know they do have vitamin C in them the flavors are really really good they're fruity they do have health benefits as far as dividing to see and everything like that they're great for kids everybody knows you know they've been around a long time and they have a great value on these on Amazon
