This double sided suet feeder is a gem! Not only has duel sides for 2 duets cakes or you can place nesting material on one side if you like. Metal roof and coated suet cake holders. Latches below product so ‘could be’ squirrel proof. That remains to be seen 😊 Well second night out the raccoons decided to take one side for themselves. Have no idea how they managed to REMOVE one side but they did. I spent an hour+ looking in the yard and in the woods behind us, plus behind our neighbors yards but found nothing. I though it was well made and animal proof.... NOT. Consider your wild animal visitation before you end up like me. I had even zip tied the feeder to the Shepard’s hook for safety or I would have nothing left on the hook. Moved video security camera to view that area to see how they are climbing the Shepard’s hook!!😱

This is a great well constructed suet feeder. I have purchased 2 in the past 2 years. The squirrels must be very hungry this winter as they have destroyed one feeder, removing one side one day and the other side the next day. (I have not located the wire cages to put them back together).These are hanging on shepherd hooks, with squirrel baffles over the cage. These looked indestructable. I am ordering again and will try a different location. Thank you for a great product.

Easy to use but the squirrel unfortunately was able to figure it out! I had to find a clip for the bottom (2)..

It's strong, easy to open, the only thing is that the birds suets are loose, may be I can put 2 on each side, I just squished the plastic wrap and put it between them, it works perfect!.***Buena calidad, la comida queda floja porque los espacios son grandes, aplasé el plástico donde vienen los bloques de comida y le metí en el medio, quedó perfecto!.

So many products these days don't live up to their promise. This suet feeder is one of the good ones! It is sturdily built, with good materials. After several months, it shows no signs of significant rust or corrosion. It is easy to open and clean in a sink full of soapy water. The woodpeckers love it, as you can see in the attached photo, but it also attracts chickadees and several other birds. I highly recommend it!

This Suet Feeder is simple, affordable, and gets the job done! It’s easy to fill, and the birds took to it right away. The build quality isn’t the most heavy-duty, but for the price, it works great. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly way to keep the backyard birds happy.

Excellent product, well made at a reasonable price. Easy to insert the suet blocks and fastens securely. I had a traditional bird feeder which held seeds, but couldn't keep the squirrels and the deer from raiding it. Suet blocks in this feeder solved the problem and the birds are being well fed.

Like that the suet feeder is metal . Have had plastic feeders in the past. They are very difficult to clean and over time have to be discarded. The roof is pefect for keeping the suet and the birds dry . The feeder holds 2 suet cakes . The birds like it !

T would be better if there was a tray below to catch the suet pieces that the birds drop. The suet stops the grass from growing.
