The code did not work stated something about being in a different country

Would give zero if I could. Gave as a gift so return date was past. Never did work

Please read before you buy the code dose not work in usa.my grandson needs to read he bought this but quickly found out he couldn't play it.

Download code error stated the product was expired or not released. After back and forth with Nitendo, it turned out the code was for a different region in the world and it could not be used in the U.S. requiring us to return it. Even though the company sent an empty box with the code on a slip of paper (no game cartridge), we were still required to return it for a refund.

This has been the most aggravating purchase ever. My son wanted the game for his birthday. But the code didn’t work. Got an error message every time I tried to download. Amazon Customer Service was awful, too. Chatted with 6 associates for over 20 minutes only to be told all they could do was provide me a return link. Thanks

Bought for my nephew in Hawaii send it early in July there is know way to return it’s not compatible with switch. So now I spent this money and can’t get a refund

I purchased this item for my kids for Christmas and it came with a code to activate online I went online before Christmas to activate it- it didn’t work gave me an error and ended up having to return and not have in time for Christmas anymore

I purchased this for Christmas for my grandson, he didn’t get it till today and the code does not work, that is not one of the options for product support
