Good product

The material overall is not soft..the outer material is very harsh in touch, stiff. Inside at the bottom there is little padding. Inside material is not great. Cannot use during summer season. Although I couldn't make my cat wear it but will try and post a picture.

Product is unsafe, due to the cheap and poor quality of buckles/clasps on the bag strap.It comes undone with minimal weight! My puppy weighs less than 5kgs and it came loose (so there is no way it will accommodate a medium sized dog!).I was lucky that i wore it in the front, and was able to catch the pup safely. If i had worn it on my back like a traditional bagpack, he would have surely gotten injured with the fall!I don't trust this problem woth the safety of my pet, and i am returning it.Quite a shame because it has so much potential!!

Overall quality is sturdy but my shihtzu do not feel comfortable in it. Cannot use for long time and you need to use your hands to provide support.

Product is low quality। Side chains open themselves, ur pet may fall if carry। The stretchable arm strapes plastic doesn't hold and slips from the lock plastic। We had to tie both straps also we had to tie a duppatta over bags while carrying। Make ur own way if you can but bag is not what you are thinking

This Product is quite nice as it's easy to carry my pug(15months old) but yes the material is quite rough, If material would have been little more comfortable I shall have given full 5star rating.
