In one of the sets, one of the cameras' battery was faulty; it wouldn't hold a charge for more than a couple of days. I returned it and got another set without a problem. So as far as customer support goes, I'm giving them a 5 star review. Review: Glitch and not very good picture - I can really explain it, 2 or of the 5 are giving me problems. They are glitching and the battery don't last as long as the others, and the picture quality is not so great because of the same reason

4 star for battery, 5 star for customer service
