Excellent product for tennis or golfers elbow!
I purchased this product in lieu of a more expensive “name brand” after trying out a physical therapist friend of mine’s resistance bar. This was priced better and I love the detailed instructions it came with. The quality also seems excellent. Although I do not suffer from tennis or golf elbow, I preemptively bought this exercise tool as I play a lot of pickleball and want to keep the musculature in my arms and hands strong and my joints safe. I use this product almost daily for best results and it only takes a few minutes a day to get through all the exercises. I purchased the strongest resistance, however, I purchased another for a friend of mine in a softer resistance who suffers from occasional tendonitis, particularly in his hand and wrist. The exercises we can do with this resistance bar helps strengthen our arms from our elbows all the way down through our hands. I’ve even noticed an increase in grip and hand strength. This is a must have for athletes using a lot of hand dexterity or those who play any racquet sports. This product comes HIGHLY recommended!!

Great for strengthening
I used these in PT and had to get some for myself. They are very good for increasing strength. They are light weight and very flexible with the flexibility becoming less that harder the level. If you have a connective tissue disorder these can be a little painful which is why I don't do a lot of reps with them. On the plus side though, they are very easy to use.

Good rehab equipment for value
Got this for wrist TFCC tear rehab. My physical therapist has the Theraband bars and they are definitely higher quality but three times more expensive than this. I do twists, U curl, and reverse U curl with these bars. They need to be broken in for a couple of sessions, they start off really stiff and then they get more bendable. Overall good value for the money and gets the job done. Took me about five or six weeks to progress to the 25lb and I expect to be stuck on that one for a couple more weeks. With how quickly you can progress through these workouts I don't recommend investing heavily in them since you'll outgrow them in a couple of months anyways, so I think just getting these ones are better than the Theraband bars unless you are running a PT clinic and need the higher quality.

Good item , bad materials
These are great for older people to regain and maintain strength in the hands, wrists and arms. The problem is they are from China and have a warning label that they can cause cancer. Be prepared to use gloves if you buy this particular product. They made my hands itch before I wore gloves .

Works great for grip strength and physical therapy - picked up after my therapist had me use similar for exercises, incorporating it into my daily routine.

Great product, easy to use, and affordable.
This product is great. I ended up selecting the four bars so that I can strengthen my forearms. They are very easy to use. I ended up using videos to properly use them. Within a very short period of time I was able to move up to the second bar. I would highly recommend using this flex therapy bar if you need to strengthen your forearms or have tennis elbow.

Perfect for wrist / elbow / forearm / shoulder / pectoral / rehab and exercise. Also functions as a thigh-master style device for thighs / hip flexors when U-shaped between the knees. Purchased for daily Chin Na exercises, as the twisting resistance offers more realistic feedback than a Tai Chi stick, but the additional exercise benefits have been a welcome bonus. Note: These devices are not soft and spongy, and pack a dense wallop, if you were to accidentally strike something... Highly recommended, would definitely purchase again.

Hatte ich mir zum Training für meinen Tennisarm bestellt. Leider hat es mir nicht wirklich geholfen. Ansonsten sind die Stäbe top.

Ottimo per il trattamento dell'epicondilite. Dopo svariati tentativi tra fasce contenitive e manicotti, ho acquistato con molta titubanza questo prodotto. Nella confezione ci sono 4 tubolari di gomma, ad ogni colore corrisponde un grado di resistenza diverso. IO ho iniziato con quello più leggero, per poi passare rapidamente a quello successivo. Ho seguito i due esercizi indicati nel libretto e già dopo 3 giorni ho avvertito un miglioramento. Gli esercizi richiedono poco tempo, 15 ripezioni per esercizio per 4-5 volte. Durante l'esercizio si avverte un leggero dolore in corrispondenza dell'epicondilo e dopo l'esercizio anche appoggiando una mano sopra la zona sì sente calore. Nel mio caso è stato efficace, continuo gli esercizi ancora con il verde per non stressare troppo il muscolo. Lo consiglio
