This flat spit roast basket was used through the whole summer it is excellent quality and a very good size you can fit a large piece of belly pork or larger cuts of meat. It seemed expensive at the time but its functionality and ease of use makes bbqing better than just cooking sausages & burgers all the time. The basket has 4 settings for different thickness of meat. Once finished put in dishwasher.

Great attention to detail in the manufacturing finish. Solid piece of kit. Stainless grids should last a long time and the non slip thumb and finger grips on the ends are a nice touch. Quality item which will keep me trusting OnlyFire products in the future.

Nice sturdy little basket easy to use and fit to skewer, holds food securely and allows to cook well. The only criticism I have is it is slightly too small to take a spatchcock chicken, another 5 cm on the width would be great. OR a bigger version.

Fantastic piece of kit - can't understand the negative reviews. Tried on my Cyprus BBQ tonight and worked amazingly. Seems a very good rotisserie basket, well designed and works well. Easy to clean too. Fantastic.

I am a fan of Onlyfire products, they are usually made very well and often of stainless steel. This Grill Basket is no exception. I bought it mainly for small items like Chicken Thighs or Legs. The beauty of it is you simply prepare, then stack them in the basket, put them on your Gas or Charcoal BBQ rotisserie and leave them to cook basted in natural juices. Prevents the chore of checking the grill and turning every so often if simply grilling in the usual way or when entertaining. The easily adjustable basket 'lid' can accomodate varying thicknesses of food items. Subject to size I would expect to get around 12 thighs or legs in this basket. Only downside is cleaning but being stainless I just leave it to soak for a while. a great BBQ accessory.

Does the job beautifully

we use on our kamado skewer and this is a great bit of kit - you can fit a medium spatchcock chicken in ! Easy to clean just throw in the dishwasher. The skewer adjustment has a lot of range so should fit most skewers. Compared to the kamado normal accessory sources this is great value for money.

Ottimo articolo si riesce a grigliare facilmente una abbondante grigliata per 2-3 persone. Durante la cottura è possibile fermare il girarrosto (quando la griglia è orizzontale con il coperchio in alto) e aprirla per operare sulla carne, ovviamente servono i guandi termici. E' necessario un girarrosto in grado di lavorare con il peso della carne più quello della griglia.

Adaptable sur un kamado classic (ici Monolith Kamado 46cm). Parfait pour la cuisson du poisson. On obtient un poisson croustillant à l'extérieur et fondant à l'intérieur. Peut s'utiliser aussi avec des cuisses de poulet!
