This pillow is amazing! I have tried too many pillows to count but this pillow actually works. No more neck pain, or headache or shoulder discomfort. No more severe arm pain from trying to support my head or face. It supports your neck and head gently and comfortably. The sides support your head so no need for your arms to do that in awkward positions causing pain over time in the night. I sleep better and longer! I am mostly a side sleeper but once in a great while I will sleep on my stomach or back. I was very skeptical at first because of the shape and smaller than regular pillow but gave it a try and it has been over a month now and I love it! My sinuses even are better than before and I assume because my neck and head are positioned correctly. Very comfortable, it only took a couple nights to get used to it being a non traditional pillow but it’s worth the try. Very easy to wash the cover in delicate cycle and a little woolite was my personal choice and it slipped right back on fit perfectly and ready to go. Definitely worth the price!

I bought this pillow because I am such a side sleeper. The idea of the pillow shape intrigued me and I also liked the cooling effect. It was also on sale so I thought, why not? When I finally got it I could not wait to try it. It was soft, stayed relatively cool, but I just could not get comfortable. It was not proving the support I was looking for. I thought that maybe, it was just the first night I used it right away straight out of the package. It may need to firm up some more so I waiting a couple of days before sleeping on it again. The second night I used it, it was a little better but still not enough support for my liking. If you’re not too picky about the neck support, this pillow may work out for you.
