It is as described but one bag was torn. 1 bag Unusable.
I received the package as described. However, I lost one bag because it was torn and the flour all over the plastic package bag unfortunately. I am not sure if it is the delivery’s fault or the improper packaging of the items. It is 6 kgs heavy, and maybe cling film each one or a box with them fitted tightly?

Just got this for the first time to make Pizzas in our Ooni Pizza oven. absolutely amazing results. I used the recommended 60% hydration recipe from Ooni and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The dough was easy to work with and came out with a nice thin crispy base and lovely chewy and fluffy crust. Well worth the price.

Llegó en muy buen estado con su caja y precinto como siempre. Muy buena para hacer tu propia masa de pizza en casa, excelente fermentación y muy buen sabor.
