An absolute good tool to have. Charges practically everything and versatile with charging the unit via outlet, sunlight or the dyno.

Took this on a hunt in Alaska. It worked well and stayed charged for the 10 days we were out. Charges okay with the panel on it,much faster with a good solar panel. Not sure how long the crank charge would take as I didn't use that feature. The light stayed off unless I turned it on, so no worries of it coming on accidently.

Bought a smaller power bank from the same company and I worked very well so I decided to get this one as well. Happy I did. The hand crank is kind of a gimmick but the lights work well and It has a ton of capacity. You are able to charge multiple devices on a single charge.

Unfortunately, I didn't do anything with this unit until after the return window had passed; the solar panel does not seem to work at all, even with leaving it out to charge all day, which I've now tried several times. Once you charge it with the USB, it seems to be fine. The link to contact product support doesn't work, so I have no way to contact the seller! 9/10/25 Update - I rec'd a full refund for this product after posting my original review without having to return the product; I appreciate the customer service but I wish I had been able to reach someone at Product Support prior to having to post a review! Changing my review to 4 stars for resolving this matter.

charger quality is great

I am an emt and I use my phone and iPad a lot this is nice because I can put it on the dash for solar charge and when I need it for back to back calls it charges both and they take different charging ends

I bought this for my friend less than a year ago and it is completely useless and broken. I am so disappointed as I tried to buy him this as a thoughtful and caring gift. I am so so so so disappointed. Please do not buy!

This product has worked great and has been a life saver a few times. I’ve had it for a while now and it’s still working and has held up well for me. I could definitely recommend this product.
