It was an easy install and helped us avoid replacing the iPad. The instructions and video are easy to follow if you need help with installation of the new screen

This was actually a pretty great product. We installed it succesfully and had plenty of tools provided to do it right. The only drawback is that the fingerprint sensor isn't compatible (or maybe I don't know what I did wrong) so be careful on that. Everything is working great. The quality seems good.

The kit came without the essential T2 screwdriver. You need two screwdrivers for the 10th gen iPad digitizer replacement; a regular 1.5mm Philips screwdriver and a T2 screwdriver. The product image shows just one - and that too the T2 screwdriver. But that's not what came with the kit. I could have done with that since it's easy to find a small Philips screwdriver of your own to do the rest. But the T2 is a very specific screwdriver, and it needs to be part of the kit. I was so disappointed to by that not being there.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was an easy application. Packaging was nice and instructions were simple. I’ve never done this before but after a quick YouTube video, this was installed and works great

This product did not come with instructions. Extremely frustrating and should have been so easy to include. I had to look up a video, but then it missed the step to replace the older for the main thumb button. Now the main thumb button does not work very well at all.

Great quality. Wish they had directions. Had to go on YouTube for installation instructions. Can’t use Touch ID. No experience prior to this. Came with screen protector as well. Son has been using for a month with no issues.

No instructions but no big deal as I was able to find it on the internet. However I completed the replacement but the touch screen never worked. They send me another one and now the ipad will not even start up. However the seller was very responsive and in the end offered to reimburse me.
