Super helpful! I had gotten a lower back injury and was in so much pain. It was the worst pain ever but this gave had given me soooo much support on my lower back without pushing pressure on the spot directly relieving me of the pain . Also the sizing was great as a bigger peron its hard to find things that fits but the sizing with this product is accurate. It is a bit bulky but you can barely tell under a shirt. The quality was very nice and sturdy.

When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.

One of the best support belts I have ever used, but just like other comments, the velcro wears out really fast. I should point out that I use it every day when I am driving or sitting in hard surfaces.

This back brace works really well when I’m doing computer work at work all day. It reminds me to fix my posture while wearing it and I have improved my posture while sitting and standing. Lower back pain has decreased tremendously! I wear it at work at the barbershop as well, sometimes the shoes I wear aren’t made for the support that I need, but look better with my outfit lol, but this back brace has saved me on a Saturday and Sunday with a full book standing all day as well. 10/10 recommend

The Velcro is good quality and strong. Easy to put on and adjust by yourself, definitely value for money. Highly recommend for people with lower back pain or those who need extra support. J'ai une hernie discale depuis des années, j'ai eu mal au dos récemment et je trouve que cette ceinture est une des meilleures ou même la meilleure des ceintures (avis personnel) je trouve qu'elle est meilleure que mon ancien corset sous ordonnance ! Je valide à 100% la qualité est TOP, ça maintient le dos agréable à porté.

Je revis! J’étais coincée du dos au niveau des lombaires avec une impossibilité de me redresser et donc de me tenir debout. Commande de la ceinture, arrivée le lendemain. À peine posée, j’ai pu me redresser sans douleur. Je recommande vivement!
