Works well for our frame TV. After my kids lost my other one I was not happy about how much a Samsung one cost so I was happy to see this one offered on Amazon and worked perfectly immediately after opening !

Not a good replacement. Barely works, I have to press button multiple times 5-10 times before it eventually works. I strongly reccomend do not purchase this product. There is another company that sells a two back of black Samsung frame remotes that works sooooo much better.

Super easy to set up- 60 seconds. And works great. Perfect replacement for the original that came with the tv and broke

I was really happy that the microphone button on this remote worked because usually with these replacement remotes, it doesn’t. I also love that the remote is white because on my dark couch it’s much easier to find. I only took one star away because the Disney+ button on the remote doesn’t do anything, and we use Disney+ a lot so that was kind of a bummer.

Control works great but just can't tell if it was a used product I place purchase for new but seemed dirty in certain areas and was broken from the right side so it has a gap open on the side that won't stay shut asking for a replacement hopefully that one is new

We were skeptical that this remote wouldn't pair with our frame TV but it had no problem and has worked great for us, obviously better than they original remote that came with the TV that didn't last 😉

Poor quality and barely works. Have to stand very close to the TV for it to work.

Buttons look a little faded but that might just be how it is. It works great so far connected immediately just by adding batteries and turning the tv on.
