Great charger and yes, it works abroad!
I got this last summer to power my growing selection of USB-C devices that require more power than my existing 1-2A USB-A chargers were able to put out, including a 65W laptop, 25W smartphone and 65W Pinecil soldering iron, as well as to be able to charge several of them at once. It's worked out really well for both purposes and I'm quite happy with my purchase despite some initial misgivings about my never having heard of Baseus and that officially it didn't support 220/240V use abroad. Every now and then it sort of flakes out and appears to put out less power than it's supposed to, especially when I have my laptop and phone connected to its 2 USB-C ports. But that could just as well be due to one or both of these devices flaking out and not this charger, and I have no ability to tell which it is, and in any case this happens relatively rarely. But otherwise it does exactly what I need it to do, charging as many as 4 devices at once while having 2 relatively low-power 120V devices plugged into its 2 AC outlets, e.g. power tool battery chargers or an adapter for an older laptop. As for use abroad on 220/240V systems, as I expected and predicted, it works just fine. So far I've used it without issue in the UK, France and now in the mideast (yes, the country currently under attack and at war, but with power uninterrupted, and we're all fine), all of which use 220/240V power. The only reason I can think of for why Baseus claims that this isn't for use abroad is out of legal and perhaps moral CYA in case some users are dumb enough to plug 120V-only devices into its AC outlets abroad, which of course would destroy both the devices and likely charger. But I can absolutely vouch for its working just fine as a USB charger abroad, for the same devices I use at home, laptop, phones, tablets, etc. I haven't tried plugging in any dual voltage 120/240V or single voltage 220/240V devices into its AC outlet, but I can't imagine why that wouldn't work as they're just pieces of metal that can easily handle such voltage and up to 20A as per US electrical code. Just make sure to not use any devices beyond its rated power capacity. But the USB part works perfectly fine and likely uses the same basic circuitry as do those of its chargers that are approved for use abroad.

Handy Little Charger!
This has been my go-to desktop charger for over a year now. Handles a variety of devices. Having the two AC outlets is also a nice plus. Gives adequate power for my 65W Dell laptop.

Excellent power brick
This brick is smaller than the laptop power brick that it replaced, and yet it does so much more. I can leave it on the desk and charge my phone, and anything else I might need to charge from the USB ports. And the AC power outlets on this Baseus brick are incredibly useful, because I can plug things in without having to get down under the desk to reach the power outlet. They used gallium nitride (GaN) technology to pack in more charging capability in a smaller space than previous generation silicon-based chargers; GaN allows higher maximum current, higher maximum voltage, and less energy is wasted as heat. This comes with a 12-month warranty. Defects in electronics are rare but they do happen, and a warranty shows that the manufacturer stands behind their product. It has two 120V AC power outlets, two 20V USB-C ports, one 9V USB-A port, and one 5V USB-A port. The maximum current for all ports combined is 10 amps. Everything still charges at a modest rate even if every port has something connected. The 5V USB-A port is the only port not marked with orange color so that you can easily tell it's the slowest one, perfect for charging smaller devices like headphones or cell phones. When you connect or disconnect something from the USB ports, the charger will re-negotiate the charge rate with each connected device. If you ever have an emergency where you must charge a device fast from a USB port, you should connect the device to one of the USB-C ports and disconnect devices from the other USB ports. It's okay to leave plugs in the AC outlets, because the 65W power limit only applies to the USB ports. The only limit that applies to the AC outlets is the 10A maximum current, so for example if USB is using 3.25A (that's the most it will deliver), then the remaining 6.75A with AC voltage 120V means up to 810W from the AC outlets. The design is very thoughtful. The brick has an angled, flat wall plug, which makes it easy to connect the brick to a power outlet even if the outlet is behind furniture, or if another plug is taking up most of the space on the outlet. The brick has a soft, blue, not-too-bright light, which is always on even if no devices are connected to the charger. The light makes it easy to find the brick in the dark, and it lets you know that it's functioning. I noticed that the light turned off when I mistakenly inserted a USB-C cable into a USB-A port, which shows that the charger's protection features are working as intended; the Baseus charger shuts off in the event that any of its sensors are triggered: over-current, over-voltage, overheat, short circuit. One accessory is included: a 1-meter USB-C to USB-C cable, which has a strap included to keep the cable neatly wound together for storage. I'm the type of person who likes to buy something high quality that will last a long time, so this charger is perfect for me. I just needed to replace a broken old laptop charger, but I am using this Baseus charger for so much more.
