I ordered these for my son. Both he and I do alot of long distance driving and our necks start aching after about an hour in. I have a smaller one (by a different manufacturer) that works fine for me but my son wanted something heavier. He places it on his neck while driving and has NEVER had a neck ache from driving. As an online trader, he spends hours at the computer and wears it then as well. It works great for that as well. I loved it comes as a pair and we keep one in the car and the other in the house. I have purchased a second set for my brother who also has neck aches. GREAT PRODUCT. THANK YOU.

Not 5 stars, because I'm used to Bed Buddy holding heat longer, albeit BB not as comfortable nor SOFT. Great pain relief.
