Yes they have electrolytes but they also contain a lot of super bad artificial ingredients and sweeteners that will just completely ruin ur gut and health over time I only drank 2 tables before until I realised, if you want electrolytes buy flavourless ones with no artificial ingredients and sweeteners

I purchased these to help with my POTS symptoms on hot days. They really do help to ensure I am well hydrated - especially when consuming higher levels of salt to help with symptoms. My partner also drinks one of these after a night of drinking and finds they make him feel better as they rehydrate him. He also finds them handy after a salty takeaway. I ordered the peach ice tea flavour and it's delightful. It does taste a slightly medicinal (almost like effervescent vitamin c) but still enjoyable. Nice strength when made as directed. I have tried to dilute more than the instructions suggest, and it was also nice, but definitely has the best flavour when made as directed on the packet.

Love these Electrolytes and am working through the flavours, this one was quite subtle but not unpleasant. Effective as Electrolytes and definitely help improve my energy. One pack lasts around a month so good value as far as I'll concerned.

I swear by these, I have tried a couple of flavours but mango is my personal favourite. They’re easy to take, I keep some in my office at work to take during the day to keep my hydrated because I’m terrible for drinking enough water throughout the day so I have one of these and it brings my levels back up. I highly recommend these if you’re like me and not great for drinking enough.
