The item looks to be a safe product for a10 year old but for what you get its very pricey .

Clean ingredients! I did a lot of research on the best products for kids makeup. I try to go chemical free as much as possible: most makeup contains silica so it’s hard to avoid. I used this for my daughter’s recital. The colors are subtle enough for kids but still stand out and they wash right off at the end of the day.
