I have purchased this lighting system and installed it myself and it is a great system with fantastic product support. I at first bought the wrong driver for this type of LED light strip that is solid and chasing and the company reached out to me on their own to let me know I purchased the wrong driver and gave me the info for the right one and ordered it. I just returned the wrong one once it came. Even with warranty issues they have responded and taken care of what’s needed. I don’t think you can ask for more than that in a company. Great product with great service to sum it up.

It's nice that the leads are tinned for soldering, but I had several of them snap off the first time I bent the wires to see how much flex they could handle. Then I stripped new wire, re-tinned, re-soldered and things seem to be OK. It'd be nice if these wires were one gauge bigger in size. I'm running 85 feet of Christmas lights consisting of 626 addressable LEDs. By the time I get to the last leg of my strings, I was only getting 2.7vdc and that was utilizing parallel 5vdc power injection wires along the way to bypass each LED strip at the connections. If they were using thicker gauge wires in the leads, you'd have a bit less voltage drop and probably less likelihood of the wires breaking. The plastic connectors click together and hold well. They also make good electrical connections with the other side.
