Works as a lens hood should. Quality is there and consistent. The rubber hood is universal and is a keeper. Highly recommended

These universal lens hood are great if you are missing a lenshood on your lens. It’s a universal fitment as long as you match it with the same front filter diameter. The pedal shape hood seem to be very durable, but the rubber hood is very flimsy but it’s much more compact and you can easily compress it down and store it away. It’s very simple to install. All you have to do is screw it in just like any other lens filter size I bought mine is 67mm and it fits my lens perfectly. These are great for wide angle, lens, as well as telephoto lens, and also a good value for what it is.

Got this pair for my Nikon P1000. Love the fit. Will work with filters that have threads. Will not reverse lock. Looks and fit perfect.

This will not work for the Nikon p1000. Both hoods are visible through the lens, and the hard plastic hood does not connect onto a filter lens. I am returning this.

I was skeptical about these hoods given the price compared to the factory items from Nikon but I am surprised. They are quite good and for the money, very good indeed. The collapsible hood is my favorite for its versatility. They may not be a favorite for hard core professional photographers but I like them a lot for what I do.

For the price im satisfied, the expandable hood is flimsy and shows in viewfinder and images if you open it completely. The hard hood wouldn't fit my lenses they thread on the lens or filter and will not stay on.

works as expected. the soft hood will not protect the lens but is nice if you place lens up against glass and want to limit the glare

This is a good 72mm lens hood set. I actually only need the tulip flower hood which screws onto the top most lens filter. With the lens hook that screws on the lens barrel, it blocks the access to the filter. This hood is on top of the filter so the hood works well with filters. I don't really like the rubber hood as it was bent out of shape during shipping. But I don't need it anyway.

Me ha sorprendido la rapidez de entrega. Se ajusta perfectamente a mi objetivo Nikon ED AF NIKKOR 80-200 F2.8 Tal como es en la publicidad, enrosca a la perfección en este objetivo Nikkor de 77mm, uno de los parasoles es engomado, lo que te hace pensar después de probarlo es que si lo bajas hacia atrás se convierte en un parasol más pequeño de longitud, imagino que con ello solucionan el problema que te pueda generar cualquier aberración cromática y digo esto porque he leído sobre que provoca este tipo error. Y no es realmente un error, Primero necesitas saber qué es la aberración cromática. Es un efecto producido por el lente (involuntario, claro) que se presenta en la fotografía como una especie de línea de colores que rodea a un elemento dentro de la imagen, produciendo un contraste entre elementos y fondo bastante marcado. Dicho lo expuesto si te pasa con este parasol engomado, solo lo tienes que correr hacia detrás. Sobre el parasol en forma de pétalos... este ya es rígido, tiene una sensación buena y para la protección de golpes también va muy bien. Y lo más importante, Con un precio increíble. Bueno os dejo fotografías, una imagen mejor que palabras. Contento con la compra.
