Buena calidad, sin reflujo y fácil de tomar
El producto llegó rápido y en buen estado. Las cápsulas son un poco grandes, pero se pueden tomar sin problema. Algo que me gustó mucho es que no da reflujo ni deja olor o sabor a pescado, lo cual marca una gran diferencia frente a otros omegas que he probado. La calidad se siente buena y ha sido fácil incorporarlo a mi rutina diaria. En general, estoy satisfecha con la compra y lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un omega-3 efectivo y bien tolerado.

Sobre o livro, recomendo ler pois fala sobre tema atual (violencia domestica). Importante entender os sinais da violencia seja ela, piscologica, verbal ou física.
