PROS: - this is a basic once daily that wont make you choke. it's not coated, but he shape and texture help it go down relatively easy, for those who may struggle. - The price is right. - Additionally, although it's not NSF certified, this is manufactured by a major pharma company, which may lend some confidence with respect to product purity. CONS: it's still a once-daily, and thus a fairly large pill. An alternative is one of the smaller multivitamins, like the ones that thorne makes, that you take multiple times per day. As noted above, it's not NSF certified (and doesn't appear to be certified by any independent lab)
