Product is good, does the job. It has water inside and no gel. I was under the impression that there would be gel inside, then I went back and checked all other similar products and I could see the water inlet option near the charging point in all the products. So, basically, all are hot water bags (not gel), which can be heated using electric power. Water gets heated up in 4 to 5 minutes. Good thing is you don't need to change the water.

I ordered Grey Colour but I received Lavender! Lavender colour is not even listed on the colour option, then how can you send? And the charging point is located at the backside and its been very disturbing while using!
