Delicious but expensive
I bought these on special offer for under £10. They are delicious and I think they have definitely helped my night time anxiety. I’m not sure if I will shell out the full price for them though as they are very expensive.

Taste nice but didn’t aid sleep ….
Nice taste but didn’t aid alert. Bought about 3 packets either no results. Quite expensive tbh…..

There ok but not very strong.
These are ok. They work to a certain degree. There not very strong and they have a very strange bitty consistency when your chewing them.. They seem to be strongest when you first start taking them but after a while you get used to them.

Laxative effect
Great for constipation...it does calm and relax but with the unfortunate side effect of acting like a laxative . And a powerful one at that. Be warned.

Easy to take and Tate way nicer than the salty sachets you can get. Taste like little sweets. Would buy again actually.

Best thing ever
These are amazing for women! Perimenopausal, menopausal or just in general. Eat one two hours before bed and you will have the best night sleep ever. Love them

Game changer
These are a game changer! Always had trouble switching my mind off and going to sleep. I take two of these a couple of hours before bed and I sleep so much better. I have had a lot more dreams with them as I go into a deep sleep! Part of my daily routine now and I am grateful for the extra sleep.

I Sleeping better
Thought I’d try these because I take magnesium supplements but I’m not keen on tablets. They are only 3 calories each (recommended dose is 2 gummies a day) so don’t interfere with my diet. They taste lovely! Easy to carry and to pop one in your mouth if you are feeling a bit stressed or anxious. I’m sleeping better when taking them as well. I was expecting more of a wine gum texture but they are softer so I try to mindfully make them last in my mouth when I eat them.
