Very large and bulky but good for watching TV in bed
I usually prop myself up with a few pillows in bed while watching TV, so when I spotted this, I fancied an upgrade. The cushion comes vacuum-packed so you have to allow it to settle and give it a hand to plump up before using. It comes with a head pillow that attaches on with little elastic tabs and buttons, and a bonus was the little reading light that you can attach onto anything that it can grip to.So, the cushion is really quite large and this is perhaps the main drawback for me as I have nowhere to store it so it just has to sit on the bed during the day and be discarded onto the floor at night when it's time to sleep.Secondly, my husband was having a go with the cushion and as he was adjusting it, he tried to pull it using the headrest and it snapped the little elastic loops, so until we re-stitch it, this part is useless. I'm personally not too bothered though as I found the headrest a little annoying as it pushed my head forward a bit too much. There are pockets on the side, which comes in handy to pop the TV remote or my phone into so it saves rooting around the covers when you're looking for them, but what I really do like is the reading light, as sometimes, if my hubby wants to watch a film in the dark that I'm not too fussed about, I'll read so have this lamp clipped to my side of the bed and am easily able to do so.My conclusion is, this is a large cushion and does add comfort and support if you are sitting up to read or watch tv in bed. It's handy to have but not something I would consider essential. Storing could be an issue unless you have plenty of space. The bendable light is USB chargeable and I find it very handy, so was a nice addition for me. All in all, not a bad buy if you are looking for this kind of item but may be a tiny bit on the expensive side. 4/5.

Not bad, does a decent job so far but sadly not without flaws
Not bad, does a decent job so far, but sadly not without flawsNot bad, does a decent job so far, but the item that arrived was nowhere near as full/plump as the item in the listing’s photo. The surfaces were not smooth like they are in the photo — it was full of firm and extremely lumpy stuffing material. It took a LOT of effort to try and loosen up the stuffing to soften and smooth it out, wich I managed to an extent, but once I managed this, it has turned into a useful ‘ok’ item.I’m not sure if it will firm-up and/or go lumpy again, but I’ve used it four or five times now to prop me up and it now allows me to get a moderately comfortable part-sitting, part-lying position on my bed — which has allowed me some short, welcome bursts of sleep on my (often painful) back …which I can not normally manage. If it had not arrived so massively filed with firm lumps and if it was a more realistic price (say £30) then I would have awarded this at least four stars. If it ever came down from it’s high price of £60 to something like £25 (one a pre or post Christmas sale) then it may be worth taking a flutter on it if you suffer many aches and pains like I do (when sitting or lying down).

Good support
This is a simple high backed cushion. It has arms extending to each side and is quite high at the back. The material is soft to the touch and very comfortable. It is perfect for our little boy to use when he is on the sofa reading a book as it keeps him a bit more upright. It looks durable and I think the covers are washable. It's also great for reading in bed and provides decent support there. The only thing to bear in mind is that there is no floor cushion, so you just need to be mindful of that if you are intending to use it to sit on the floor.

A great pillow - helps with support
This is super useful and not just in bed and for reading. I have it on my couch to provide additional support I need with my back. Easy to use. Comes with pockets on the arms and the headrest is attachable by buttons. Easy to use. Great addition for me as I need extra support.

Works well but takes up a great deal of room
I ordered this reading pillow because I have a bit of a back problem and I sit up in bed either reading or watching TV. I currently use one of the V shaped pillows which is okay but keeps slipping down and can be a little uncomfortable when it drops down too low past your neck. This came yesterday and I tried it last night it is very comfortable and gives great support of the neck and back when sat up in bed. The cushion has a shredded memory foam filling which is really nice and soft but also supportive. The cover is a velour type material which is smooth to the touch and makes it nice and cosy. So why only 4 stars considering it is so comfy and supportive. Well we have a super king bed and this pillow is massive it takes up a lot of room in a bed. the arm rests although comfy I am not sure they are needed and just add to the bulk. With my V pillow as I start to drop off to sleep I turn the pillow and use it to support my neck as I lay down on my side to go to sleep. This pillow has to be removed from the bed, then you have a dilemma where you are going to put it while you are sleeping. I initially dropped it out of the bed down by the side but this meant there was no room to get past the pillow to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So it had to be put down past the bottom of the bed. This meant getting out of bed moving the pillow all while you are starting to relax and drop off to sleep. I have enough of a problem getting off to sleep in the first place so getting up to move the pillow is not ideal. Where does it get stored when not in use? If I am honest my wife was not impressed with the size and where we are going to put it when not in use. I am told it does not match the several other cushions that are spread of the bed for effect during the day (dont ask me I have no idea why) In summary then this is a very comfortable pillow for sitting up in bed and reading or watching tv however its bulk is the problem it takes up far too much room in a small ish bedroom...
