Dried root cut ginger
Very please it has a perfect tecture for grinding and gives that extra flavour to my dish. Being in small pieces it makes life so much more convenient not having to cut and chop fresh ginger.

Ginger crumb, great tatste but a bit hard for my teeth
Bought this to go in my homemade muesli and it works ok, great ginger taste but too chewy. I’m going to try ginger powder next.

Strong ginger. Love it 😍
Just like the ginger from the shop (or if you're from my part of the world, the garden), except it's dried. I started by adding hot water then let it steep but I find you get the real ginger taste and burn by boiling it for a few minutes on the hob. I add a large soup spoon to about 500mls of water but you can add more or less depending on how strong you want it. Much better than these ground stuff with sugar and honey added. Out of stock last time I went to get some more. Great value.

Bag of Low Quality Shred
If you are looking for a large quantity of very low quality ginger shreds (half actual root, half some sort of peel left overs) with a strong almost biting smell and taste, then look no further. If, however, you are looking for a decent pack of dried ginger to use it for tea or cooking, buy somewhere else. I have been drinking ginger tea for years now, and this must have been the worst dried ginger I had so far. Can not recommend!
