It's the best kitchen knife I ever bought

Even though this is a small knife, it is so sharp and does wonders for trimming veggies and fat of meat. I've been using this for a week now and I really like it. I like the simple design and it washes well in the dishwasher so far. No rusting.

This comes packaged expectedly well - it takes some effort to get into. But wow, once you do - this thing is razor sharp. It cuts so easily, and so smoothly - fruit and veg, it can cut through cardboard with the flick of a wrist. Exceptional. It is Zyliss - so this is to be expected, but having used it I am really blown away. The hand feel is also really nice, the handle is modded very well, and the blade seems easy to sharpen too. The best paring knife I have used in a while, since my kitchen days! You won't be disappointed by this knife - I can assure you of that.

I'd never heard of this brand before and have been very impressed! The quality of the materials is superb and they have a nice weight to them. Dishwasher safe and made of recycled materials - excellent! We will be looking for more from Zyliss!

Excellent paring knife that comes supplied extremely sharp. The blade is shaped well and the handle is comfortable to hold, allowing for precise control of the blade. I like that they have included a blade guard, something that a knife I recently purchased costing nearly ten times this failed to include. I also like that the knife can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.

I have some knives from their comfort pro range which I bought, hence taking this when it was offered to try. I am a bit disappointed with it. It is very sharp for a small knife it passed the paper slice test well and I should be able to keep it sharp at home. There is a lot of flex in the blade which is OK if it has a long tang but I do not know how big it is. The handle shape is OK, nothing special. My main complaint is around cleaning it, where the handle meets the blade I can not see if it is clean due to the handle colour/design with flecks on it. Food particles may rest at the join and not be obvious. When using it it worked well, I felt like I had control of it. It is OK but belongs in the low or budget price range.
