I picked up the All Goods Baja Mineral Sea Salt, and it’s excellent quality. The fine grain makes it easy to sprinkle and measure, whether for cooking or finishing dishes. Does it really matter if you use mineral salt or plain salt? I have no idea but it seems like it can’t hurt. You really don’t want to eat too much salt and expensive salt will help you to cut back PLUS the salt has added bonus of having extra good stuff in it. So why not use it? I have enjoyed cooking with this salt, I feel like it adds to the roundness of my meals and for that, I keep getting it. Live a little, get the good salt!

Full mineral salt. No complaints. Seems like a quality product - I've ordered it 2x now and use in my gym water & on my food when needed. The bag "zipper" never seems to work for long, but I just use a chip clip or clothes pin.

Even though its a tiny bag it lasted me for more than a year! Since its pretty pricey, I only used it for my smoothies & lime chia seed water. Great for electrolytes. Seems to keep my hydrated. Thank you!
