YES, Disregard prior posts with mis-information. Can be plugged into 120 or 240v and it auto switches. Included fuse is dual voltage

Q: Will this work with the Cerwin Vega VE-15 Speakers?

Yes, it will work with any other speakers as mains. It is best to use your "sub out" on your receiver to send the signal to the subwoofer. The main speakers are unimportant as far as brand name. However, most people choose to use all same brand for their fronts, center, and rear surrounds though because they are voiced similar to eachother (have similar sounding characteristics) Hope that helps you out.

Q: Can I hook two of them up to each other ?

In series.. don't know why you would want to.. they have the ability to bi- amp.. and are impressive in any wiring configuration..As long as you have the power.
