This a broad vitamin supplement that has the added ingredients of things like Ashwagandha, tribulus and shilajit that are reputed to have sexual health benefits. Two capsules a day represents one month’s supply. At the time of review the supplement was £21.99. I am not sure that represents great value for money, though it still may work out cheaper than if you bought a good multi-vitamin and the other extra ingredients as mentioned above.
