Great upgrade to the standard memory foam pillows. The soft firmness is perfect for both my wife and me, we're both 5' 6" and weigh about 140lbs. We tried the medium and it's a little bit too firm. The pillow has great support for the neck, stays cool, and doesn't sag.The smell wasn't too bad, it disappears after awhile. I sprayed some diluted lavender oil on the pillow covers to reduce the initial rubbery/latex smell. And honestly it wasn't even that bad in the first place.Overall, this pillow is awesome and rightly priced. Considering this is a pure latex pillow, it's worth the money we spent on it. It will definitely last us awhile.

Awful, terrible chemical smell, very stiff even in the soft version

This was just a very hard latex pillow, with no contours. Latex usually has a lot of bounce to it. It makes you feel like you’re floating, but this was just very hard, like hard foam. I can’t recommend this pillow.Latex gets hard when it is old.Unless maybe you want to use this, to put underneath another slim pillow.

I’ve been looking for a pillow for months, I ordered one and I hated it, it was like $180 and gave me a headache. I’m a side and back sleeper and this pillow is perfect, I got the soft one. My head sinks in just right and is being cradled by my pillow. I’d definitely buy more, my husband loves it. Only thing about it is the latex smell, like latex gloves but it goes away and didn’t really bother me anyway. The pillow doesn’t get hot which I appreciate.
