These pancakes are amazing—light, fluffy, and full of flavor. You’d never guess they have hidden veggies inside (my kids certainly didn’t). I love that they pack in 7g of protein per serving and use quality, Non-GMO ingredients. All I had to do was add water and the batter came together perfectly—no lumps, no fuss. They cook up golden and soft every time, and they taste just as good as (if not better than) traditional mixes. Great for busy mornings when you want something quick, healthy, and still delicious. I’m definitely keeping a bag in the pantry at all times!

Had high hopes and they were met. Normally we’re fiends for the more well known protein pancakes, and these easily surpassed the majority that we’ve tried. I snagged these on a prime day deal and 100% will always be stocking up from here on out.

So I got this before reading the ingredients list. The "veggies" is chickpeas and fava beans. I was expecting something like ground spinach/kale, etc. But there are no green veggies in here. It's a bit misleading if I have to say so. I have yet to try making them and I'm sure they're delicious, but to me, beans don't count as veggies.

The flavor is there, but no matter how I make them, the inside never seems to cook all the way through. Unless I’m doing something wrong, lol.

This pancake mix is awesome! My son with extreme pickiness as of late and pancakes are always a safe food for him. Before I bought this mix, I was just baking and blending up vegetable and adding that to regular protein pancake mix. I still do that sometimes but having this around is so convenient it makes me feel a little better that we’re still getting some nutrients! I think the value for the money is pretty good. This bag lasts us maybe two weeks at a time.

Delicious! My whole family loves these pancakes. I was looking for a mix that was egg free or didn’t need to add an egg and came across these.
