Tenia problemas con mi aire y se tapo el desague del aire y se votaba toda el agua a mi cuarto y paso para la parte del primer piso hasta se callo mi techo! Compre esto y el problema se resolvio gracias por ese producto lo volveria a comprar sin duda alguna 10/10

No stars best describes this item! Don’t waste your money! It is very cheaply made. Simply plastic that will most definitely break easily. They package it and fold the hose in many many folds the length of the drain, which puts permanent kinks in the hose that will not come out. This blocks the flow of water draining. The connector does not fit seated and snug on the drain spout and continuously falls off or pops out even without the pressure of water flowing. The clamp feels as if I try to tighten it, it will break. I’m afraid I am forced to return this item as it simply does not do its stated job description.

This is easy to apply. I use it for my portable AC… I just need to get a better stand to be higher than the window so that it drains easier.

It's not a very secure fitting that goes into the AC unit. The hose that comes included is very flimsy. I had a problem with it kinking and backing up.
