It's false advertising. It doesn't cool air, the cool setting is just fan. The same item is selling for £40 as heater fan.There's no free return and return process is painful. Amazon agreed return, but seller didn't send return label, neither provide address easily. The address provided looked like a random one. I've contacted Amazon via chat, they sent message to seller and then seller provided real return address. Thankfully Amazon sorted out, otherwise the seller wouldn't accept return or do refund

Casing broken when arrived. money was refunded straight away. However this item does not get very cold

Advertised as a mini air conditioner but instructions say heater it’s clearly a scam don’t buy also didn’t come with a remote as advertised

I bought this mainly for the cooler but it doesnt work. I turned it on & it was boiling hot. Also yes it said about burning smell for a week BUT i had a 2 foot column of black smoke come out of it. I can still smell it. Im not gona turn it on again.
