Good value. You get alot of useful tools to promote hand health. Some of the items were not labeled correctly I had to figure out which was hard or soft etc..The ebook is useful and provides useful information. Having a case for everything is a big plus for me . The communication with the owner was fast ,as I had an issue obtaining the ebook.
