A true value for money machine !
A real value for money product. I have used a couple of espresso machines and I have 2 already. This machine is really good looking and also well built. Thermoblock allows you fast heat up time 1-2 minutes. PID allows to change water temperature according to roast profile of the coffee. Shower screen is good at dispersing water. The 58mm portafilter is solid/robust and feels premium. It comes with 2 non pressurized baskets and a really well made milk pitcher. Steam power is decent but not high and I am still getting used to it. Love this machine for what it's worth, even though I have more advance machines at home.

Very good machine especially for it's price
I really like this machine I was a bit worried since for the price it seemed to be a but too good to be true put I was surprised by the performance I really recommend it 👍

Super happy I made the purchase. So many of the other options available on Amazon are much more expensive, don’t have the best reviews, and look like they are made mostly of plastic. This saves us at least $8 a day by not going out in Abu Dhabi to get a coffee. It also saves the planet in all plastic cups daily we would use for buying coffees. The espresso handle is heavy & well made. We have used it everyday for weeks, the function of making the espresso works very well. I am not an expert regarding the PID system, Thermo block, filter, or pump components (husband uses the machine), but it makes just as good of an espresso as our $650 USD machine back in the states. My husband is very happy with the machine functionality. The machine comes with an espresso compactor, a scoop, & a frother stainless steel cup. The size is perfect for not taking up too much counter space or being too bulky. I hope the simplicity of the machine will have it lasting for years to come. Worth every penny.
