Not Just Bad Hay – A Risk to Your Rabbit’s Health
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was truly disappointing. The hay I received was dry, brown, and dusty – NOTHING like the fresh, green hay my rabbit is used to. It looked old and smelled musty, and my rabbit completely refused to eat it. I even tried mixing it with better hay, but no luck. What’s worse, there were thick, hard stalks and even some debris mixed in. This is not safe for small animals. It’s clear there’s no quality control here – definitely not suitable for pets. isn’t just about wasting money – it’s about the health of a pet who blindly trusts me to take care of them. My rabbit depends on me for fresh, clean food, and I feel terrible for even offering this.

Good hay
I used to use some other brand for my rabbit. But then someone suggested chipsi, my rabbit loves it and also it’s very cost effective compared to other brands. I find it value for money. So far I have used more than 10 packs in last 4 months.

Good brand but sometimes mixedd, depends on ur luck if u get a good batch
I’ve ordered it thrice before, and every time the quality was good, however this time there’s a weird smell in the packet and my rabbit barely eats a few strands as this time it is mixed a lot with unwanted strands that they don’t like 16-20%, rest is waste, had to order another bag from a different brand in just 3 days. I hope Chipsi gets better soon, but as of now, I’ll be switching to other brands till I find the right one! My rabbit’s eyes desperately looks at me for his daily dose of hay and I can do nothing but to tell him to wait another 3 days for his next order

Check your vendors
Wet and stinky. Although pets loves to eat this but quality is so poor, not consumable. Replacement package was the same

Wet hay
First time it happened. I have ordered this item earlier also but not such complaint found earlier. I opened the packet today. The hay is wet and smelly and rabbits don’t eat wet hay.

Rotten Grass
Just don’t buy!

The hay arrived yellow, dry, and brittle — not green and fresh as shown in the product photo. It looks old and lacks the fresh grassy smell typical of good-quality timothy hay. Very disappointed with the quality and appearance.

Don't buy this because what you get is yellow and completely dried straws, rather than the green hay advertised
