ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation

Bought mine 4 weeks ago and I just love it. I use it every day for my stiff back and neck, for 30-40 minutes and feel so refreshed and energized afterwards. My husband's back was stiff after playing golf today and he lay on the mat for 15 minutes. When he stood up..... no more stiff back! I must warn you though, the first time using it was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't think I would last 5 minutes on it, but after 2 minutes, it does get better and it gets less painful each passing minute. I managed 10 minutes on my first go. After a week, I was well used to it and now I could probably fall asleep on it. I think this is a wonderful product.

Have no issues with this product as does exactly what it says in description. Spikes are certainly VERY sharp and I would never use this without a layer of clothing. Used it regularly and do feel it relieves a bit of pressure in muscles (am a fibromyalgia sufferer). My favourite piece is the neck cushion which can be used while sitting up propped on the back of the sofa or for the balls of the feet. It won't cure you but I have found it to be helpful.

As a person who suffers from fibromyalgia i found that the mat really helps me! Its almost addictive:) I lay on 10 minutes every night and it has helped my neck and back pain.. to be honest it does hurt but in a nice way (sounds crazy) when i used it during a flare up I couldn’t last on it for more than 3 minutes. I recommend this to clients and friends. It has helped ease muscles that are aching or been 'pulled'. Takes some time to get used to as the plastic spikes can feel uncomfortable but the overall feeling is good. Recommend if you are unable to get to a Scenar therapist and can use this as complimentary!

Excellent, good value for money as everywhere else I would only be able to buy just a mat for this price.

The fabric is thin and nasty, there are random dark sticky glue residue marks all over both items, and the mat is only sown up at one end (the other end is open and loosely shut with small Velcro tabs). In comparison with another mat I own this looks exceptionally cheap. It 'works', but I wouldn't have purchased had I seen the product in the flesh beforehand - I would have spent the extra £5 and purchased a better quality product.

Just one day since I used it. Haven't felt more energetic and relaxed in years! It's a game changer for someone like me with ankylosing spondilitis, then I can't imagine what it will do for someone with back pain with no underlying disease. I've included it as a meditation, and it's just blissful how I feel pranaali energy in parts of my body which were for so many years only in pain. Thank you prosource for this. Planning to buy one more so that I can have greater coverage on legs simultaneously. I also have radiating pain in my arms. So just rest my arms on it and lay a yoga bolster on top for greater pressure as arms aren't heavy enough to feel much. Another mat would help me do both arms simultaneously. I'm in love with this new ritual to my daily routine. Which is just so pleasurable. After the initial discomfort though. What helped was taking deep breaths and allowing myself to be present with the sensations. Soon it started becoming blissful :)

I’m a mom of multiple kids, FT job and just a busy, anxious person. I carry so much tension in my back, shoulders and neck. I get frequent headaches, dizziness and a foggy head. I purchased this out of desperation for relief. The first 3 minutes is pretty horrible, but then it starts to subside. You get the most incredible warm sensation that spreads over your back. I’ve only used it 2 days, and can tell you I almost fell asleep both times. My body feels relaxed to the point I wanted to use my chiropractor cervical adjustment pillow. I usually can only tolerate 2-5 min before I feel nauseous. I had zero discomfort and used it for 10 min. So I used the acupressure pad and pillow for 10 min, removed the pillow and began using my cervical adjustment pillow with the pad for another 10 and experienced zero discomfort. I had no tension around my head as well. Praying that I’ve finally found the missing piece to the puzzle. I offered my mother to try this (she was experiencing lumbar pain) she said her pain eased up and even wants to buy my set. So I’ll be purchasing another set. I may even look for one with a higher intensity. I’m just a normal mom, zero sponsorship.

First time I used it I was scared of the pain, then the second time I adjusted position a bit and can now manage. It feels very warm once you position yourself. Like more warmth/heat than feeling painful. Makes you feel sleepy.
