This stuff saved me from terrible postpartum constipation. Literally day one of taking this and I was able to finally use the restroom after weeks of struggling. I tried everything and nothing was working. I have not finished the 14 days yet and will update once done. But for the postpartum girlies that need some relief I suggest giving this a try. I purchased the daily symbiotic to start after completing this reset and I’m feeling hopeful. Update 8/12/25 I’m glad I decided to go this route. I stick to my initial review. Worked amazing for postpartum constipation relief and more. I did experience some cramping as I progressed through the pack, but don’t let this deter you. That means it’s working. If you can stick through and start the daily after completing you will feel amazing. I did begin the daily symbiotic after finishing this and I just completed my first bottle. My gut hasn’t felt this good in years. I have combined this along with calm magnesium supplement and I have been regular ever since. Mind you, even before pregnancy I was not regular either and struggled with stomach pains along with the back and forth between loose stool and constipation. I was lucky to use the restroom once a day. Now I don’t have that issue. I am able to go once a day minimum healthy stools no pain or trouble passing. I highly recommend, definitely worth the price.

I get painful stomach aches and feel kind of gross and slow and bloated pretty often I tried this and even before a week passed I felt energized and happy my stomach felt better and the bloating was gone other people even noticed how much better I looked and if you eat healthy while taking and and after the effects last longer. It’s worth the money.

I like the inner capsule and I’m nauseous day five in taking it which apparently means it’s working and my stomach is adapting. Aside from the nausea of feeling like I’m pregnant again I will keep taking it and hopefully my body gets balanced and used to it. I love this and would rebuy when it’s on sale. The price is just too high for me 🙃

I took this as instructed, and after perhaps three/four days, started to realize that I was not quite as “regular” as normal. Nothing in the documentation or on Amazon mentioned this as a possible side effect, so I put it off as coincidental and kept taking it as instructed. In the evening of the eighth day of taking this, (and still not being quite as regular as I would normally be) I had strong cramping on the left side of my abdomen, and stopped taking it. It was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, the area was painful to press on, and I wasn’t able to use the restroom to any real relief. After about 24 hours (during which time I barely ate, stayed hydrated, and had eventually productive bathroom visits again) the pain subsided significantly. I’m now at 36 hours and the pain has almost left completely. Once I stopped taking this product, things seemed to improve, and nothing else in my diet was significantly different than normal, so I can’t think of what else to attribute it to. Once a positive note, if you’re worried that the ingredients are merely placebos, you can stop worrying! lol

This product works well. I’ve been using it for over a year now and all of my issues have gone away. I only take 1 pill per day, instead of 2 a day per the labeling. I wish they would sell a refill type of this product to save on packaging.

On day 12 of this product, I find their claims to be true, after lifelong bowel issues, my gut is finally properly balanced. The results for me have been normal bowel movements, and a gut that feels very healthy. I am post all teeth removal and poor diet, and combined this product with a healthy diet
